He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Campbell University and honed his skills in tax return preparation and compliance at various firms.

Driven by a desire to provide greater value to clients, Riane shifted his focus to proactive tax planning and founded his firm to help businesses save money through strategic tax planning and CFO services.
